This is a unique opportunity to lead our People Data & MI function, combining People Analytics, Management Information, Data Governance and Business Intelligence into one high-impact team.
You'll be responsible for creating a trusted source of insight across the People function, helping leaders make smarter, faster and more informed decisions. From workforce planning and organisational effectiveness to colleague engagement and operational performance, your work will directly influence how we shape the future of our people strategy.

What you'll be doing
As Senior Manager, People Data & MI, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering trusted people insights and reporting across Carnival UK.
You'll:

  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful People reporting, dashboards and management information.
  • Create a trusted, single source of truth for People data across the organisation.
  • Drive the evolution of our People Analytics capability, helping move the function from reporting to insight-led decision making.
  • Oversee People data platforms, business intelligence tools and reporting environments.
  • Champion data governance, quality standards and master data management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information security and colleague data privacy requirements.
  • Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement, reducing manual reporting and increasing self-service capability.
  • Manage demand, prioritisation and reporting roadmaps, ensuring resources focus on the highest-value activity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across People, Technology, Legal and the wider business to shape priorities and influence decisions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a specialist team, creating an inclusive and high-performing culture.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a commercially minded leader who can combine technical credibility with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
You will bring:
Essential experience

  • Significant experience leading People Analytics, HR Data, MI, Business Intelligence or Data Governance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and master data management within complex organisations.
  • Experience delivering reporting, dashboards and insight to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing data platforms, reporting environments and analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge, influence and build consensus.
  • Experience leading and developing specialist data or analytics teams.
  • A track record of driving automation, standardisation and continuous improvement.

We'd be particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Experience within large, matrix or multi-site organisations.
  • Exposure to People systems and HR technologies.
