• Produce high-level research and publications to improve Faculty / School’s competitive advantage.
• Develop and maintain the research capability of related peers.
• Manage overall activities of comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase graduate employability.
• Ensure that delivery of the program is aligned with BINUS University academic quality standards, DIKTI’s standards, and continuously improved to reach world-class standards.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
• Preferably holds an academic rank (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik) from DIKTI
• Passionate about and experienced in teaching and research
• Willing to take on a structural faculty role, with BINUS University as the homebase
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
