About The Role

The Department of Business Management, Accounting, and Finance invites qualified individuals to apply for adjunct faculty positions during the 2026-2027 academic year. The Department has a particular need for experienced industry professionals able to offer introductory and advanced courses in human resources, marketing, and accounting. All of the Department’s courses are offered in-person on Keene State’s campus. Courses typically meet twice per week for an hour and forty-five minutes each session over a total of 15 weeks. Adjunct faculty members are responsible for all aspects of a course’s delivery, including classroom instruction, lesson preparation, assessment of student work, and the maintenance of office hours. Adjunct faculty will be hired on a per-course basis to deliver in-person courses offered by Keene State College’s Department of Business Management, Finance, and Accounting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
(95%)

  • Design and delivery of assigned courses.
  • Preparation of lesson plans, assessment of student learning,assignment of grades, and provision of supplemental instruction, as necessary.

(5%)

  • Comply with applicable USNH and KSC policies. Participate in appropriate department meetings and events, as requested.

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and least 5 years of full-time professional experience directly relevant to the field of instruction.

Compensation Pay Range
$800/credit or $840/credit for those with terminal degrees
