As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy plans designed to help patients achieve greater independence and reach their functional goals. Working under physician orders and the established plan of care, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy that supports meaningful recovery and enhances everyday living.</span></p>
