<p><strong>This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.</strong></p>
<h2><strong>Current Opportunity</strong></h2>
<p>We're actively growing our team in the Puyallup area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> Puyallup, Washington</li>
<li><strong>Setting:</strong> Home and/or school-based</li>
<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. <strong>Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pay:</strong> <strong>$25.00–$28.00/hour</strong></li>

<p><strong>Interested in eventually providing virtual services?</strong> As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on <strong>hybrid or virtual cases</strong> as they become available.</p>

<h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs</li>
<li>Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings</li>
<li>Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians</li>
<li>Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment</li>
<li>Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What You'll Need</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Required</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED</strong></li>
<li><strong>Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered</strong></li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed</li>
<li>Willingness to provide in-person services</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous ABA therapy experience</li>
<li>Two or more years of experience working with children</li>
<li>Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities</li>
</ul>
