As we continue growing in <strong>New Mexico</strong>, we're looking for a passionate <strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</strong> who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.</p>
<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide caregiver training and support.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Current <strong>BCBA certification</strong> through the BACB.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>New Mexico licensure</strong> or ability to obtain licensure.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.</p>
</li>
