Driver Recovery Coach - John Brooks Recovery Center - Mays Landing - Part Time (Evenings)

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid NJ Driver’s License required.18 hours Ethics/Peer Support Training and 46 hours Recovery Specialist training (CCAR) required. CPI required within 90 days of hire or transfer. Current incumbents required to obtain CPI by 7/31/2026.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of personal recovery and a knowledge of the recovery process. Ability to recognize the elements of a client crisis required. Advocates on behalf of the client(s) if in need required. Provides routine recovery check-ups through telephone support required. Ability to respect all cultures and ethic differences required.

Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
