About The Role
Regulatory and Statutory Reporting
- Prepare and support regulatory filings and reporting requirements to SUSEP and other regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian insurance regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards.
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and related disclosures.

Maintain documentation and evidence supporting regulatory submissions.
Accounting and Financial Activities
- Support local accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing processes and internal and external audits.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records.

Assist in implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and governance environment.
Financial Analysis and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare pluriannual Budget, Forecast and Business Plan.
- Analyze monthly financial and technical performance under IFRS4 and IFRS17, identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Produce management reports and presentations for Finance Leadership and Group Management.
- Monitor key financial and operational indicators and provide actionable insights, such as profitability, solvency and liquidity.

Knowledge in Financial modeling and Scenario analysis.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, automation projects, and continuous improvement programs.
- Support the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality processes.
Contribute to standardization and documentation of finance procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, or Controlling.
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Experience with regulatory reporting to SUSEP is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and Phyton is strongly preferred.

Experience working in multinational environments is an advantage.
Required:
- Strong understanding of Brazilian accounting standards and insurance regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of IFRSs and statutory reporting.
- Advanced Excel.

Experience with ERP platforms (I4PRO / SAP preferred).

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial, or related fields.
- Professional accounting certification (CRC) is a plus.
