Sales Services Specialist, 70-100% (f/m/x)

Your role
-
Review and prequalify tenders and support the team in processing and coordination of tenders

• Prepare accurate quotations and support order handling, invoicing and invoice collection
• Assist the team with customer and partner requests, order and project handling, and other relevant tasks
• Maintain the customer database, retrieve data and provide administrative support to the sales team
• Work closely with the team to implement new initiatives and improve processes
• Join an international, motivated team that values new ideas and welcomes your active contribution

What makes you a great fit

• Completed education, Matura or equivalent qualification, or higher
• Experience in inside sales support, technical procurement or a similar field
• Proficiency in business applications, particularly MS Office and ERP or CRM systems
• Experience with tenders and framework agreements is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep track of priorities
• Technical interest and eagerness to learn about our products and business area
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
