<p><strong>🔧 About the Position</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking <strong>Tire Service Technician</strong> to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our customers safe on the road by providing quality tire services in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.</p>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday (No Weekends)</p>
<p>Pay- $560-$750 paid weekly</p>
<p><strong>🛠️ Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation</li>
<li>Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires</li>
<li>Ensure proper installation and torque procedures are followed</li>
<li>Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, etc.) as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>
<li>Follow shop safety standards and company procedures</li>
<li>Communicate service recommendations to team members and customers</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>🎯 What We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Previous experience as a <strong>Tire & Lube Technician</strong> (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li>
