Lead Massage Therapist - Spa Operations

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Lead Massage Therapist – Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Provide a variety of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guests’ needs and preferences.

Ensure a personalized, therapeutic, and discreet experience for each guest.

Maintain expert knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and wellness practices.

Supervise and support massage therapists, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to spa protocols.

Conduct training sessions on techniques, guest service standards, and product knowledge.

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of massage therapy staff.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for services.

Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies used in massage therapy.

Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards in all areas of operation.

Work closely with spa management to develop new treatment offerings and wellness programs.

Support spa promotions and special events through service excellence and team coordination.

Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Certified and licensed massage therapist with advanced training in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.

Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and guest service orientation.
