About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our Workforce Administration Team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Supervise the Workforce Administration team in preparing accurate and timely rosters using the company’s roster technology system.
  • Liaise with department heads and operations managers to assess labor needs and resolve workforce-related issues.
  • Oversee the processing of all relevant documentation and ensure that administrative requirements are completed efficiently.
  • Provide employees with guidance and support on labor-related and payroll policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and departmental policies, as well as the company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all internal customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Workforce Administration processes and implement best practices.
  • Train and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on workforce metrics and scheduling efficiency for management review

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in workforce scheduling or administration, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail, maturity, and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to operational demands.
  • A confident and approachable manner, with the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
