<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<p><span class="TextRun SCXW205782136 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW205782136 BCX8">The Clinical Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services, sterile compounding oversight, and operational support to ensure safe, effective, and compliant patient care. </span></span><span class="EOP Selected SCXW205782136 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"469777462":[3110],"469777927":[0],"469777928":[1]}"> </span></p>
<h3 class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></h3>
<p>• Review infusion orders and patient therapies  <br>• Participate in clinical rounds  <br>• Perform sterile compounding and TPN review  <br>• Maintain patient records and care plans  <br>• Ensure USP and cleanroom compliance  <br>• Train and support staff  <br>• Drive operational improvements  </p>

<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred.  </li>
<li>Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York.  </li>
<li>Minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute care setting or one year of recent home infusion therapy experience preferred.  </li>
<li>Experience and strong knowledge base in intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.  </li>
<li>Ability to evaluate and monitor drug therapy relative to the total needs and clinical conditions of home care patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.  </li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and effective drug therapy.  </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to problem solve and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.  </li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.  </li>
<li>Participation and membership in professional pharmacy societies and organizations preferred.  </li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  </li>
<li>Demonstrated dependable attendance and consistent job performance. </li>
</ul>
