<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Pay: </strong></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The base pay for this position pays $34-44/hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position. </span></li>

<h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities:</span></h2>
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-V and ASAM criteria. </li>
<li>Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. </li>
<li>Provide direct care through evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational and addiction recovery groups at IOP and OP levels of care. </li>
<li>Deliver clinical interventions grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other best-practice modalities. </li>
<li>Facilitate case management sessions, including treatment goal setting, discharge planning, and collaboration with referral sources and external providers. </li>
<li>Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, recovery strategies, and coping skills. </li>
<li>Coordinates care for all appropriate support services, including referral sources, family members, and other support providers. </li>
<li>Participate actively in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate holistic care. </li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support patients in crisis after hours, as needed. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with organizational, state, and CARF standards. </li>
<li>Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers to meet the co-occurring psychiatric and substance use needs of patients. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance that is collaborative, individualized, and adaptable to evolving clinical needs. </li>
<li>Promote the organization’s image in a professional, supportive, and educational manner within the community and with referral partners. </li>
<li>Stay informed on current clinical practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in the behavioral health field. </li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence, as measured by outcomes such as patient retention, treatment goal achievement, successful program completion, and transitions between levels of care. </li>
<li>Obtain necessary secondary signatures on documentation from licensed supervisors when applicable. </li>
<li>Attend all required staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. </li>
<li style="text-align: left;">Perform other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. </li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with IOP or outpatient programs. </li>
<li>Experience in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and mental health disorders. </li>
<li>Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities. </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support clients from diverse backgrounds. </li>
<li>Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation. </li>
</ul>
