Position Summary:
The Digital & Payments Systems Administrator supports the administration, reliability, controls, documentation, and continued evolution of the Bank’s digital banking, payment, and Treasury technology platforms. Reporting to the Digital Banking Team Leader, this position completes work across the broader team, including systems administration, implementations, upgrades, testing, procedure development, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and SOX and audit support. The position works with internal business partners and external service providers to ensure assigned systems and processes are properly documented, controlled, supported, and aligned with the Bank’s digital banking and payments strategy. The administrator also helps identify process improvements, reduce manual work, strengthen system reliability, and support the successful introduction of new products and functionality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer assigned digital banking, payment, and Treasury systems, including configurations, access, integrations, file transfers, and supporting records.
  • Monitor system and operational processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resolution with internal partners and external service providers.
  • Submit, manage, track, and escalate vendor cases, system defects, and recurring issues.
  • Lead or support implementations, upgrades, releases, and assigned projects from requirements and testing through production validation and post-implementation review.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, implementation checklists, procedures, process maps, system diagrams, job aids, and training materials.
  • Coordinate assigned work across Digital Banking, Payments, Treasury, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and vendors.
  • Complete or support assigned SOX controls, user access reviews, reconciliations, certifications, audit requests, and regulatory evidence gathering.
  • Track control exceptions, audit findings, remediation items, project dependencies, and outstanding issues through completion or escalation.
  • Maintain system inventories, ownership records, support contacts, integration documentation, and primary and backup responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, standardize processes, improve controls, strengthen reliability, and support platform consolidation.
  • Provide operational and technical input on proposed products, services, system changes, and new digital banking and payment capabilities.
  • Provide Tier 3 support, train team members and system users, and serve as backup for critical administrative, control, implementation, or operational responsibilities as needed.
  • Complete assigned work across teams based on departmental priorities established through a shared backlog.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analysis, Business or related field
  • 5 or more years of similar or relatable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of digital banking, payments, Treasury or cash management, applicable regulations, system administration, implementations, testing, procedures, SOX controls, or audit support.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis or SQL is beneficial.

The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $51,600.00-$75,700.00, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role’s responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank’s discretion, and shall depend on the applicant’s experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
