<p><strong>USA Deductions coordinator</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mexico City</strong></p>
<p>The USA Deductions Coordinator, based in Mexico City with a hybrid work arrangement, is responsible for managing the deduction resolution process related to invoice payments. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers and their open receivables, determining the validity of deductions, and managing both authorized and unauthorized deductions.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of settlements.</li>
<li>Obtain and verify documentation supporting deductions.</li>
<li>Identify and analyze trends in deductions, such as shortages and pricing issues.</li>
<li>Manage and review deduction balances, ensuring proper documentation is received.</li>
<li>Research credit balances and collect repayment for unauthorized deductions.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on repayment status.</li>
<li>Develop solutions to reduce and prevent future deductions.</li>
<li>Identify deduction trends by customer and ensure compliance with write-off policies.</li>
<li>Support the team manager in reviewing KPIs and providing updates.</li>
<li>Drive process change and improvements within the deduction area.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments and external customers.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audit processes.</li>
<li>Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in accounts receivable or deductions management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.</li>
