Telecalling Agent at White Spot Facilities Management

About The Role

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a 24/7 operational environment.
Contact potential and existing customers to sell cleaning, maintenance, and AMC services.
Follow up on enquiries and sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Create and manage bookings, confirm service details, and coordinate with the operations teams.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints when required.
Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and case updates in Salesforce.
Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead follow-ups, sales conversions, and service quality.
Minimum two years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment. Prior call centre experience is mandatory.
Male candidate preferred due to the requirement for rotational and late-night shift coverage.
Strong spoken and written English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
Previous experience in home services, facilities management, or a similar service-based business is preferred.
Confident in handling sales conversations, customer complaints, and multiple communication channels.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
Willingness to work rotational shifts based on operational requirements is critical.
