Using a working</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0"> knowledge of </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0">hand and </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0">power tools</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0">, the position addresses basic</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0"> carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0">,</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0"> and mechanical </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW255294824 BCX0">needs; responds promptly to service requests; assists with supplies and vendors; and helps maintain clean, functional, and well-cared-for buildings and grounds.</span></span></p>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Responds to repair and maintenance tickets submitted by internal departments.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Operates power and manual tools for cutting, fitting, and assembling.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Orders medical supplies and reports on inventory status.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Receives and delivers supplies throughout the facility.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;">Effectively troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and process issues in an independent manner.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Coordinates with external suppliers or contractors for outsourced repairs and completes follows-up on problem resolution.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;">Responsible for the supervision of the food services vendor including performance, delivery timelines, and any quality related concerns.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;">Reports any Environment of Care concerns via ticketing system for documentation by the Safety Committee.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva; color: black;">Works collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and support staff to coordinate maintenance activities in a healthcare environment, minimize disruptions to patient care and facility operations, and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Performs all other duties as assigned.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">3 years of relevant work experience in the repair and maintenance of a variety of building and mechanical equipment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Working knowledge of: Drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, shipping and receiving, and door hardware</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"><strong>The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
