About The Role

The Senior Strategy Analyst supports organizational strategy development, execution, and performance tracking through data analytics. Partnering with operational leaders and other internal teams, the Senior Strategy Analyst mines and manages internal and external data to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. This role is responsible for the full development of report/content generation from conception to the production of actionable information that drives strategic business decisions. The Senior Strategy leads the analytics team in the end-to-end management of an analytic requests and is responsible for the training of new team members. A successful Strategy Analyst has strong critical thinking and communication skills and is both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker.

  • Leverages data tools and resources to develop market and competitive analyses to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Provides expert guidance on data strategy and analytics methodology; collaborating across multiple business functions while maintaining data integrity standards.
  • Identifies data sources and data elements essential for inclusion in performance analyses in consultation with leadership.
  • Leads the end-to-end complex analytics initiatives supporting enterprise strategic priorities, growth plans, service line development, and operational excellence.
  • Develops, manages and maintains data infrastructure for select external and internal data resources and identifies emerging trends.
  • Trains and supports onboarding of new team members. Mentors analysts and provides technical guidance related to analytics tools, methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Supports organizational cadence of market performance review through the production of market and service line analyses.
  • Assists in the maintenance of AHCA facility licenses and other related regulatory functions.
  • Assists with organizational and leader performance tracking managed by the division.
  • Works directly with the physician recruitment and physician enterprise management to track internal and external provider landscape changes.
  • Leads utilization reporting to state agencies and national organizations as directed by leadership.
  • Supports organizational project management activities and corporate strategic planning functions managed by the division.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, Communication, Finance, Marketing, Related field, Health Care Required and
  • Master's Degree Accounting, Business, Communication, Finance, Marketing, Related field, Health Care Required or
  • Two years of related experience maybe considered in lieu of degree Required

Minimum Work Experience

  • 5 years Experience in data analytics within a business development, marketing, strategic planning, health care operations setting or related work experience. Required
  • 2 years Experience in data visualization programs such as Tableau or Power BI. Preferred
