This Attorney will work on multiple types of cases, including Construction, General Liability, Premises Liability, and Professional Liability and across several different jurisdictions. .</span></p>

<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and appearing in court.</span></li>
<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop effective case strategies.</span></li>

<li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; vertical-align: middle; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.</span></li>
