&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate installation, service, and sales schedules&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collections&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support inventory control and vendor orders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle customer inquiries and service requests&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate records and update company systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We&#39;re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Administrative or office support experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with payroll, scheduling, AP/AR, collections, or related functions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organization and prioritization skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;High attention to detail and accuracy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent customer service and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software applications&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Team-oriented with a positive, resourceful approach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
