About The Role

&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an associate between classes of 2020 and 2023 with transactional executive compensation experience to join the Executive Compensation and ERISA team in either DC or NY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Candidate must be licensed to practice law or otherwise eligible for admission in the jurisdiction where they are applying.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. &amp;nbsp;As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 1st year: &amp;nbsp;$225,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 2nd year: $235,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 3rd year: &amp;nbsp;$260,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 4th year: &amp;nbsp;$310,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 5th year: &amp;nbsp;$365,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 6th year: &amp;nbsp;$390,000&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 7th year: &amp;nbsp;$420,000 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;* 8th year: &amp;nbsp;$435,000 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
