About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about data accuracy and client success. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing and auditing location data through our tools and processes and providing location management related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert support to clients on location data using our proprietary tools

Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices

Provide customer facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention

Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards

Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support.
What We’re Looking For:

A professional with 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.A detail-oriented professional with a passion for data accuracy and client success.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed processes.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.

Proficiency in data manipulation and audit processes is a plus.

Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills.

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets a plus

Proficient in AI utilisation is a major plus
