SAP Consultant Lead / SAP ABAP Developer Lead

As an SAP Consultant Lead / SAP ABAP Developer Lead, you will join the growing global SAP team at WebBeds and play a key role in our SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation journey.
We are recruiting across multiple functional and technical domains, with opportunities for SAP R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A and Treasury Functional Consultant Leads, together with an SAP ABAP Developer Lead.
Each successful candidate will lead delivery and solution ownership within their area of expertise. Functional Leads will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Commercial and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, while the SAP ABAP Developer Lead will partner with Functional Leads, Global Process Owners and technical teams to deliver Clean Core-aligned developments, integrations, analytics and automation.
All roles will contribute to process standardisation, innovation, compliance, operational excellence and measurable business value.
In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery: lead delivery within your assigned functional domain or ABAP technical specialism, from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare and operational handover.
• Stakeholder partnership: partner with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, SAP teams, integration teams and delivery partners to define scalable future-state solutions.
• SAP best practice: champion SAP S/4HANA best practices, RISE with SAP, fit-to-standard delivery and Clean Core principles.
• Design, testing and deployment: lead or support workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, documentation, SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, data migration, cutover and production readiness.
• Automation and governance: drive automation, process standardisation, continuous improvement, controls, compliance and governance.
• Innovation: identify opportunities to apply SAP Signavio, SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP BTP, SAP Build, Datasphere, SAC, Cloud ALM and LeanIX where relevant to your role (nice to have).
• Specialist leadership: provide leadership within your specialist area through design assurance, quality oversight, knowledge transfer and effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Record-to-Report (R2R) Functional Consultant Lead: own end-to-end R2R processes within SAP S/4HANA, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Tax, Financial Close, Statutory and Management Reporting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Bank Reconciliations and Finance Controls, and partner with Treasury, O2C and P2P process owners to support an integrated Finance operating model across the WebBeds SAP landscape.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant Lead: own end-to-end O2C processes within SAP S/4HANA, including Customer Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, Cash Application, Revenue Management and customer experience optimisation, and lead the design, configuration, standardisation and continuous improvement of SAP SD and FSCM capabilities to strengthen revenue assurance, working capital, collections effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant Lead: own end-to-end P2P processes within SAP S/4HANA, including Supplier Master Data and Onboarding, Sourcing and Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods and Service Receipts, Invoice Verification, Supplier Reconciliations, Payment Integration, Spend Visibility, Procurement Compliance, Supplier Performance, and SAP MM procurement and inventory management.
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Functional Consultant Lead: own planning and performance management processes, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, cost and profit centre planning, allocations, profitability analysis, business performance analysis, management reporting, dashboards, planning standardisation, SAC Planning, Datasphere and decision-support insights.
• Treasury Functional Consultant Lead: own treasury and cash management processes, including SAP Treasury and Risk Management where applicable, cash and liquidity management, bank account management, payment processing, bank connectivity, cash forecasting, working capital optimisation, treasury operations, controls and risk management.
• SAP ABAP Developer Lead: own the technical design and delivery of SAP ABAP and BTP solutions across R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A and Treasury, translating functional requirements into scalable RICEFW objects, custom transactions, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, CDS-based data models, APIs, integrations, Fiori services and intelligent automation solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

• Proven experience in at least one of the functional domains (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A or Treasury) or in SAP ABAP development, with relevant professional experience, technical expertise and business process knowledge.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, strong hands-on SAP ABAP experience in S/4HANA, including ABAP Objects, Data Dictionary, ALV, Smart Forms or Adobe Forms, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits and performance optimisation.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, experience developing across SAP FI, CO, MM and SD business processes, with the ability to understand functional specifications and intended business outcomes.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, integration experience using IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP Integration Suite or equivalent SAP integration technologies.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, advanced experience with ABAP CDS Views, including data models, analytical queries and consumption views supporting Fiori, Datasphere, SAC and Finance reporting.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, experience with RAP, OData services, APIs, SAP Gateway, Fiori/UI5 extensibility and SAP BTP or side-by-side extension patterns.
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, exposure to SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP Build, AI-assisted development, workflow automation or agentic automation is strongly preferred (nice to have).
• For the SAP ABAP Developer Lead role, the ability to lead technical design, code reviews, development standards, documentation, testing, transport governance, defect resolution and developer mentoring.
