Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
• Support clients in developing independence and life skills through personalized training and encouragement
• Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status accurately
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with team members and family members
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients at all times
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering social engagement and community participation
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to agency policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving or human services preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards individuals with diverse needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation may be required
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift or assist with mobility as needed
