• Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
• Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance sales

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus
