Intern Summer 2027 - Finance & Accounting

As a part of the Finance Internship, you will support the Accounting and Finance team with day-to-day responsibilities, recurring reporting, and special projects while gaining broad exposure to the financial operations of a manufacturing organization. This internship will provide hands-on experience during the final phase of the Infor LN ERP implementation.
Day to day:

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations,

and fixed-asset tasks.

• Support quarterly forecasting and other planning activities.
• Assist with cost accounting assignments and financial analysis.
• Provide support for Accounts Payable processes.
• Assist with credit and collections activities.
• Contribute to ERP implementation activities, testing, documentation, and process

improvement as assigned.

• Complete other accounting and finance projects and duties based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles through completed coursework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical ability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in accounting, finance, manufacturing, and business systems.
