Camunda Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy: Architect, design, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant business process management (BPM) and decision-management (DMN) solutions using Camunda.
• Migration & Upgrades: Drive the strategy for migrating complex legacy enterprise workflows from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8 cloud-native architecture.
• Microservices Integration: Design event-driven, microservices-based integration patterns (REST, Kafka, gRPC, RabbitMQ) connecting Camunda engines with enterprise APIs.
• Process Modeling: Lead BPMN 2.0 process modeling, DMN decision tables, and custom FEEL expressions for complex business logic.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize process engine performance, cluster setup, job executor configurations, and database query executions.
• Technical Leadership: Establish coding standards, CI/CD automation pipelines, and mentor developers on workflow best practices.
