Business Analyst intern at Ergomed — Zagreb

About The Role

Responsibilities:

Ongoing management, tracking and updating of our internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs)
Complete month end responsibilities and any other monthly reporting needs, as required
Explore solutions and new techniques for business improvement
Process flows and design and documentations / training
Cross functional system requirements and data gathering
Understanding of data design and structural integrity
Gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data sources including internal systems, databases, excel spreadsheets and flat files, as well as, external sources if necessary

Experience:

Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Some previous admin experience
High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documents
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
