About the role

The Marketing Operations Lead drives the end-to-end execution of multiple marketing campaigns and creative workstreams, ensuring projects are properly scoped, resourced, prioritized, and delivered on time and within budget.
The role serves as the project management and operational bridge between the Marketing team, Creatives, external agencies/vendors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, project-oriented marketing professional, preferably from an advertising or creative agency environment, who is accustomed to managing multiple concurrent campaigns, complex timelines, changing priorities, creative resources, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS

  • Manage concurrent campaigns per month, including product launches and multi-segment campaigns.
  • Assess campaign feasibility, establish realistic timelines, critical paths, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project scope, changes, risks, issues, approvals, and escalations to keep campaigns on track.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, suppliers and other internal or external stakeholders.
  • Track campaign deliverables and SLAs, ensuring timely execution and proactive resolution of bottlenecks.

CREATIVE OPERATIONS

  • Coordinate creative manpower allocation, prioritization, and workload across concurrent campaigns.
  • Manage creative briefs, asset requirements, revisions, approvals, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor creative asset SLAs and creative team capacity; flag resource constraints and recommend prioritization.
  • Conduct regular creative operations check-ins and maintain visibility of workload and upcoming requirements.

VENDOR/SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

  • Manage onboarding, coordination, performance, SLAs, and escalation of external creative agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate contracts and commercial requirements with the Marketing Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with agencies/vendors and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.

BUDGET & COMMERCIAL OVERSIGHT

  • Track campaign budgets and monitor spend against approved plans.
  • Oversee budget monitoring and provide recommendations on budget exceptions.
  • Monitor expense variances and escalate material deviations or risks.

COMPLIANCE & EXECUTION CONTROL

  • Coordinate DTI, ASC, and other campaign-related permits/requirements, ensuring complete and timely submissions.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, status reports, timelines, and documentation for management visibility.
  • Identify operational gaps and continuously improve campaign and creative workflows.

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising, creative agency, marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong preference for candidates with advertising/creative agency experience, particularly those who have managed multiple campaigns, clients, projects, or creative workstreams concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience coordinating creative teams, external agencies/vendors, internal stakeholders, and multiple approval layers.
  • Experience managing timelines, scope changes, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and escalations.
  • Experience with campaign budgets, vendor costs, or project financial tracking is preferred.
