About The Role
In this position you will…
You will be a senior member of bolttech's Group Strategy team, working closely with the Group CEO, Executive Committee and leaders across regions and functions to address bolttech's most important strategic priorities.
This is a highly visible and hands-on role. You will lead complex projects from problem definition through analysis, senior stakeholder alignment and delivery, while directly producing the high-quality modelling and executive materials required to support decisions.
Based in Thailand, the role is global in scope and requires flexibility to work across international time zones when needed.
You will be responsible for…
- Leading high-priority Group strategy projects, structuring ambiguous questions and translating analysis into clear recommendations and executable plans.
- Supporting the development and execution of bolttech's enterprise strategy, including strategic priorities, growth choices, market and portfolio assessments, and long-term business planning.
- Developing fact-based insights through market, competitor, customer and financial analysis, including robust business cases and scenario modelling to support investment and resource-allocation decisions.
- Creating concise, decision-ready materials for the Group CEO, Executive Committee, Board and investors, and supporting alignment across regional and functional leaders.
- Helping build and embed effective strategy frameworks, planning processes and performance measures, while contributing to selected transformation, partnership, fundraising and M&A topics as required.

Contributing to a high-performing Group Strategy team by coaching junior colleagues, sharing consulting approaches and maintaining consistently high standards of output.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 7 to 9 years’ relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in strategy or management consulting at a recognised firm, with a strong record of performance and progression. Candidates may also bring subsequent in-house strategy experience.
- Tertiary degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics or another analytically rigorous discipline. Experience in insurance, financial services, technology or another regulated sector is advantageous but not required
- Exceptional structured problem-solving, strategic thinking and commercial judgement, with experience leading complex workstreams and advising senior stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, including executive storytelling, market sizing, business cases and scenario modelling. This is a hands-on role requiring direct ownership of analysis and materials.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to communicate complex topics clearly and influence across a global, matrixed organisation.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and resilient, with the flexibility to respond to urgent senior-management priorities and collaborate across global time zones.
