Senior Director, Sponsor Relations, Title Sponsorships

This position is responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic title sponsor partnerships, with accountability for strengthening partner relationships, maximizing partnership value, and driving long-term retention and renewal.
This position owns the partner relationship across the partnership lifecycle, developing strategies that deliver against partner business objectives, ensure successful fulfillment of contractual commitments, and position partnerships for successful renewal and continued investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in sponsorship, partnership marketing, account management, sports marketing, consulting or related commercial field.
• Proven success managing, retaining and growing complex, high-value corporate partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading complex partnership renewal strategies and negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying and developing incremental revenue opportunities.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior corporate executives, agencies and key industry stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, strategic planning and consultative relationship-management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic Title Sponsorship relationships, with accountability for partner satisfaction, retention, renewal and continued investment.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with partner business objectives and PGA Tour commercial priorities.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers across partner organizations and agencies.
• Lead complex renewal strategies and negotiations from early planning through executed agreement, with accountability for retaining partnership revenue and securing continued partner investment.
• Assess partnership performance, business objectives and market dynamics to anticipate risks, identify opportunities and inform long-term account strategy.
• Provide senior oversight of partnership delivery, ensuring contractual commitments and integrated programs deliver meaningful value against partner objectives.
• Lead enterprise alignment across Business Development, Media, Events, Studios, Marketing, Competitions, Finance, Legal and other key functions to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex partner matters.
• Serve as a senior internal advocate for Title Sponsors balancing partner objectives with PGA Tour business priorities and long-term commercial value.
• Lead and develop Sponsor Relations team members, providing strategic direction on account management, partner challenges and renewal planning.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, revenue forecasting, resource planning and broader Sponsor Relations commercial priorities.
