[Internship] Indirect Purchasing Intern

• RFQ & Supplier Coordination: Prepare and distribute requests for quotations, manage supplier responses, and coordinate communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quotes
• Market Research & Supplier Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate sourcing opportunities, and maintain an updated supplier database
• Negotiation & Purchasing Follow-up: Support negotiation efforts with suppliers, track purchase orders, and follow up on delivery status and order fulfillment
• Purchasing Reports & Documentation: Prepare purchasing reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and transactions
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors
• Final year student in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing
• Previous Purchasing or Supply Chain internship is an advantage
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with careful attention to data and document handling
• Comfortable working with numbers and managing follow-up tasks systematically
• Coordination and negotiation skills are a plus
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Careful, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Available for full-time internship position
