<p><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting to the Director, Global Payroll, t</span><span data-contrast="auto">he Sr Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing accurate and compliant payrolls across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding of payroll systems (ADP, SAP), and a focus on continuous improvement. This position ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with regulations, and seamless employee experience, supporting Hasbro’s global payroll transformation objectives. The role acts as a bridge between operations and management, collaborating closely with payroll team members and driving continuous process improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This role will co-manage 5 pay groups (2 biweekly hourly, 2 biweekly salary, and 1 monthly) in ADP Vantage, & eTime, while supporting the implementation of ADP GlobalView and Workforce Manager. This is a critical, high-visibility role, and we are seeking the best candidate to bring their expertise of payroll, tax, compliance, and innovative, tech-driven payroll processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p>
