Junior Accountant

The Finance Department of Network International Services Limited Jordan PSC is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records by handling invoice processing, payment execution, and fixed asset management. This position offers exposure to core accounting functions and the opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic, multinational environment.

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
• Process accounts receivable invoices and record cash receipts
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements
• Execute electronic and manual payments in accordance with company policies
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including acquisitions and disposals
• Prepare month‑end journal entries and supporting documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required schedules
• Generate routine financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of AP/AR processes and fixed asset accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Understanding of Jordanian accounting regulations and IFRS basics
