E-Mobility Clean Energy Senior Specialist Assistant Program Manager, Residential managed Charging

The Sr. Specialist, Clean Energy Assistant Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Residential Managed Charing (RMC) program design, operations, administration, budget, marketing, performance analysis, reporting, process improvement, and customer and stakeholder engagement. The Role is responsible for supporting overall implementation and performance of the program to achieve set goals for the Company. The Sr. Specialist may support the programs processes, functions, internal program team, and contractor responsible for the implementation of the program.
Core Responsibilities

• Support the development of a proactive, customer-centric culture to foster trust and confidence among customers, program implementation vendors, technology providers, and the sales team, and build, maintain and create new relationships.
• Support all operational aspects of the program including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing resources needed to achieve program goals. This includes building processes from scratch, and where possible automating existing processes through new workflows and the use of AI
• Design, implement, and continuously improve QAQC and evaluation methodologies aligned with best practices, including standardized test procedures, sampling strategies, checklists, key risk indicators, and data collection templates (manual or automated).
• Support collaboration with the Electric Vehicle (EV) teams, as well as other internal departments including, digital products, engineering, and energy services to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with the EV business development team to ensure exceptional customer service and optimal program performance.
• Support administrative aspects of these programs including program design, customer enrollments, budget, and timely and accurate incentive payments and reporting.
• Monitor, analyze and report on program performance
• Collaborate with employees and/or contractors and facilitate ongoing development and training of these resources.
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize benefits to the Company.
• Represent the Company at industry conferences and meetings with external stakeholders related to managed charging.
• Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' work experience or
• Master's Degree and 2 years' work experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize large, complex data set. Required

• Strong communications, presentation and writing skills. Required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Co-Pilot). Required
• Demonstrated success in the management or support of clean energy programs. Preferred
• Experience with or knowledge of electric vehicle technologies. Preferred
• Demonstrated experience analyzing technical and financial information and making recommendations based on that information. Preferred
• Public speaking experience and technical writing skills. Preferred
• Experience working with local, county, city, and state governments. Preferred
• Knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of information technology projects. Preferred
• Proficiency in digital data collection tools. Preferred

Additional Physical Demands

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
