In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our facility stays safe, clean, and visually appealing. Your time will be split between outdoor groundskeeping and routine indoor facility support. Key Responsibilities for Property Maintenance Technician

• Grounds Care: Maintain all outdoor areas by mowing, weed-eating, edging, and trimming tree limbs or bushes.
• Property Upkeep: Keep the auction lot and surrounding grounds free of debris and trash.
• Building Maintenance: Complete basic preventative building tasks such as replacing HVAC air filters and changing light bulbs.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate and perform basic checks on property equipment like lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
• Safety Support: Report any larger property damage or security hazards to management immediately.
• Other Assistance: Assist with janitorial tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Qualifications for Property Maintenance Technician

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Some experience with facilities and/or grounds maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to use ladders, tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
