Working Student - Legal Operations & Compliance, 20-40% (f/m/x)

Your role

• You will support the rollout of our AI contract review solution, including maintaining its clause database and helping prepare and deliver training
• You will help manage data protection agreements and legal compliance registries, and keep related documentation up to date
• You will organise legal knowledge in Confluence and support file administration
• You will assist with contract administration, including NDAs, contract automation, template maintenance and contract management projects
• You will support day-to-day compliance work, including reviewing and processing alerts
• You will research emerging legal topics and prepare clear, practical summaries

• You are currently studying law, business law, or another law-related discipline.
• You are curious, reliable and well organised, with a structured and accurate working style
• You handle documentation and confidential information with care and consistency
• You communicate confidently in writing in German and English

• You are proactive, practical and keen to learn, and can work independently after initial onboarding
