<h3><strong>What will you do?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Leads workplace operations and sets objectives for service quality, compliance, and cost control.</li>
<li>Defines service expectations for Workplace Experience Specialists and allocates resources to align with Employee Experience priorities.</li>
<li>Oversees facilities operations including building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable workplaces.</li>
<li>Manages workplace projects, events and modifications (design/planning, scheduling, and execution), including cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.</li>
<li>Approves changes to processes and vendor arrangements that affect cost, service quality, and the ability to support Employee Experience programs</li>
<li>Monitors spend, service quality, and vendor performance against agreed standards and supports resolution of complex or escalated cases.</li>
<li>Develops and implements workplace policies and procedures, including space allocation/layout, facility expansion planning, and service standards.</li>
<li>Leads vendor performance management (e.g., service reviews, corrective actions, escalation handling) and ensures consistent delivery.</li>
<li>Participates actively in hiring, performance, and development decisions for the workplace team.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience of owning the operational performance of a workplace/site, with the autonomy and judgement to make decisions on facilities, suppliers, budgets, employee experience and day-to-day operations.</li>
<li>Proven people leadership experience, including managing, developing and motivating a small team, setting clear objectives and managing performance.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience delivering workplace projects and improvements.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and the ability to balance employee needs, operational requirements, compliance, service quality and cost control.</li>
<li>Demonstratable experience managing multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Service-orientated mindset</li>
