About The Role

  • Lead and manage the Quality Management function for the manufacturing operation.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with internal, customer, and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Ensure quality assurance, quality control, auditing, and inspection processes support operational and customer requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying quality risks, addressing root causes, and strengthening manufacturing processes.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
  • Ensure compliance with NOV’s Global Quality Management System and applicable internal and external standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective audit, surveillance, and inspection programs.
  • Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into applicable manufacturing processes and activities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen quality assurance practices and improve overall process performance.
  • Lead corrective action and root cause activities to address nonconformances and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure quality documentation and records are accurately prepared, reviewed, maintained, and provided to internal and external customers as required.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface with customers and other external parties regarding audits, quality requirements, and quality-related concerns.
  • Monitor quality performance and support initiatives that improve product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Management, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 10+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 requirements and Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, auditing, inspection, corrective action, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience leading quality programs and supporting internal and external audits.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with manufacturing teams, leadership, customers, and other cross-functional partners.
