Responsibilities

• Update and optimize operational procedures.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and configure networks and communications equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of programming and scripting for process automation.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of data analysis.
• Knowledge of database administration, preferably Oracle.
• Technical English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Education

• Technical degree or higher education.

Work Schedule

• 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
• 48 hours per week.
