Product Manager - TPP| Mumbai

To manage Third Party Products (TPP) including Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-Broking and other investment products through product development, partner management, channel enablement and business growth initiatives.

• Manage product offerings across Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, E-Broking, Demat and other third-party products.
• Build channel enablement frameworks through training initiatives, process improvements, sales support mechanisms and sales cycle management.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises to identify industry best practices and recommend enhancements to product propositions and customer experience.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, dashboards and business performance reports and identify focus areas for corrective action.
• Develop strategies and business plans to achieve product targets, revenue goals and portfolio growth objectives.
• Manage commission calculation, reconciliation and revenue tracking activities.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as business volumes, persistency, customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Evaluate and launch new product opportunities, business lines, and partnership models, including Mutual Funds, E-Broking, Demat and other investment products.

Experience: 12 to 20 years
Qualifications: MBA
Certification: Preferablly AMFI & IRDAI certified
