Your next career opportunity
You will play a central role in configuring and supporting Workday Talent (Performance and Goals) across the University. You will translate HR and business needs into robust, compliant configurations that improve user experience and workforce insight. You will collaborate with HR, IT and vendors, growing your Workday expertise in a complex, enterprise environment.
What you will deliver:

  • Configure and optimise Workday Talent and HCM Core processes, workflows, security roles and business rules.
  • Lead requirements workshops with HR stakeholders, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing, ensuring effective issue triage and solution validation.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Workday HCM modules, resolving complex issues and maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop user guides, training materials and sessions to uplift Workday capability and adoption across the University.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold Workday Core HCM certification and appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance and HCM Core modules.
  • Deliver end-to-end HR system lifecycles, covering requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.
  • Configure Workday business processes, workflows, security roles and integrations within complex enterprise environments.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues using strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, balancing independent work with collaborative team-based delivery.
