The Position
The Opportunity:
As the Mobility Operations & Technology Team Lead at Roche, you will play a pivotal role in developing and steering the Mobility Operations team. Main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a diverse team within Mobility Operations, focusing on Mobility Finances, Compensation and the administration of different Mobility workflows as well as the continuous improvement of our enabling Technology
• Close collaboration with other Mobility Team leaders to ensure overall alignment of end-to-end processes paired with strong knowledge management
• Design and refine critical operational processes aligned with Roche's standards, implementing and continuously improving way of working while liaising with various internal stakeholders
• Monitor performance and compliance by regularly assessing team performance at a global scale, ensuring strict adherence to metrics, and maintaining data integrity across all company systems
• Oversee quality and reliability of Mobility Systems and end-to-end support including close collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure high-quality billing and efficient collaboration with affiliates
• Drive continuous improvement by providing guidance on complex operational processes, ensuring training sessions on process updates and policy amendments are provided, and fostering a culture of innovation
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of the Mobility Area of Practice Leadership team, balancing operational excellence with strategic objectives
• Set and uphold productivity standards by establishing benchmarks, coaching your team to boost expertise in mobility operations, and building trustful networks with diverse internal stakeholders

Who You Are:

• Proven leader with exceptional skills in managing global teams to be self-organized, motivated and resilient while supporting individual team members on their individual career journeys
• Mobility professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relocation and/or mobility, preferably within an operations- and/or technology-focused role, demonstrating proven ability in translating initiatives into operational success
• Strategic problem-solver, adept at conflict resolution and managing the resolution of intricate mobility issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Technology-minded innovator with a proactive approach to implementing innovative strategies and a mindset of how technology can be applied to all stages of current or new processes. Knowledge of Agile and SAFe is a plus.
• Strong communicator with excellent communication skills in English
