Associate Consultant - SAP

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join its S4 HANA Technical – Delivery team. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications using modern SAP technologies, and contributing to end‑to‑end technical solutions for our clients.

• Design, develop, and test SAP CAPM, Fiori/UI5, and ABAP components in line with project requirements.
• Enhance existing SAP applications by implementing new features and fixing defects.
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues across the solution landscape.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of ABAP and UI5 applications.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and OData service development for S/4HANA environments.
• Utilize version‑control tools (e.g., Git) to manage source code and track changes.
• Stay updated with SAP roadmaps and emerging technologies to propose innovative improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0–2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP CAPM, Fiori/UI5, and ABAP development.
• Understanding of S/4HANA architecture and SAP Cloud Platform fundamentals.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SAPUI5 framework.
• Experience developing OData services and integrating with SAP back‑end systems.
• Familiarity with ABAP OO concepts, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies and tools.
