About The Role

The Head of Europe for Bristlecone Inc. will be the senior commercial leader for the Growth Markets division, responsible for accelerating revenue, expanding client relationships, and shaping the European market footprint. Reporting to the global executive team, this role blends strong P&L stewardship, market insight, and people‑centric leadership to deliver sustainable growth and elevate Bristlecone’s brand across the continent.

  • Own full P&L for all horizontal service lines and vertical business units, including new‑logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Develop and execute the overall go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for Europe, aligning with global objectives.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performance sales and delivery team, fostering a visible and accessible leadership presence.
  • Translate market dynamics into actionable strategies, including segmentation, new offerings, M&A considerations, and incentive programs.
  • Position Bristlecone competitively in analyst reports, quadrants, and market evaluations.
  • Drive brand awareness and ensure ROI on all marketing spend within the European region.
  • Standardize and continuously improve internal processes, tools, and review mechanisms such as quota design, account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure strategic objectives are clearly communicated and executed across the organization.
  • Promote cross‑cultural collaboration within Bristlecone’s matrix structure, leveraging consensus‑driven decision making.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the technology services industry with exposure to multiple service lines and verticals.
  • Proven general management experience overseeing >US$100M P&L within the European geography.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high‑growth business units or regions year‑over‑year.
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive presence at senior leadership levels.
  • Experience building and scaling high‑performing sales and delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent cross‑cultural and matrix‑management skills.
  • Graduate business qualification required; MBA from a reputable institution preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities with enterprise clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to forecasting, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
