Senior Content Operations
We have an opportunity for a Senior Content Operations professional to join our Content Strategy team in Mexico City, Mexico, reporting to the Senior Content Strategy Manager. In this pivotal role, you will build the operational systems that help Infoblox produce clear, accurate, discoverable, and on-brand content at scale. You will establish content governance, manage inventories and audits, define lifecycle standards, and use approved AI tools to improve classification, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation while applying sound human judgment.
Collaborating closely with Product and Solutions Marketing, Brand Studio, Web Strategy, Corporate Communications, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional partners, you will connect strategy to execution through clear criteria, documented decisions, measurable processes, and practical human-in-the-loop controls. This is an opportunity for an experienced content operations professional to help shape a growing capability and enable the marketing organization to work more efficiently and consistently.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Define and maintain criteria for content refresh, update, archival, and retirement across internal and external properties
  • Run recurring content inventories and audits across the website, resource centers, Highspot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe DAM, Salesforce, and related platforms
  • Use approved AI tools for content classification, summarization, analysis, gap identification, and documentation, and validate all generated output before use
  • Translate business needs into requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and workflow specifications for AI-enabled automations
  • Review AI-assisted output for accuracy, traceability, accessibility, brand alignment, and content quality; define when human review, escalation, or remediation is required
  • Establish and maintain a content measurement framework that defines what to track, which tests to run, and how findings inform content decisions
  • Monitor content production against Content Council priorities, approved messaging, lifecycle standards, and governance requirements
  • Convert audit findings and performance insights into prioritized action plans, ownership models, and measurable improvements
  • Coordinate human-in-the-loop workflows for review, replacement, exception handling, escalation, and closure
  • Maintain playbooks, intake processes, audit procedures, decision logs, inventories, and other documentation as a shared source of truth

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent practical experience in content operations, content governance, editorial operations, marketing operations, knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field
  • Practical, current experience using AI tools for research, classification, summarization, analysis, documentation, or workflow automation, with strong judgment about their appropriate use
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and repeatable operating processes
  • Experience designing or managing content inventories, audits, lifecycle governance, quality-assurance processes, taxonomies, metadata models, or digital asset environments
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated content critically, identify unsupported or inaccurate claims, protect confidential information, and establish appropriate human-review controls
  • Working knowledge of content and marketing platforms such as Highspot, web CMS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe DAM, Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to define meaningful measures and turn findings into practical recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence without authority, hold standards under deadline pressure, and build effective relationships across functions
  • Professional working proficiency in English, written and verbal, with confidence presenting to and aligning with US-based stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, information science, business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience

Be Successful — Your Path
First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.
Six Months:

  • Complete recurring content inventory and audit cycles across priority platforms, with findings documented by owner, risk, lifecycle status, and recommended action
  • Implement agreed content lifecycle criteria and establish a consistent review cadence with key stakeholders
  • Launch a practical content measurement framework and use insights to recommend improvements to content quality, discoverability, and operational efficiency
  • Document and improve at least one AI-assisted workflow with clear validation, privacy, and human-review controls
  • Establish reliable documentation for governance standards, intake processes, audit procedures, decision logs, and operational playbooks
  • Build trusted working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and consistently communicate risks, decisions, and recommended actions

One Year:

  • Operate a scalable content governance program with reliable inventories, audit coverage, lifecycle decisions, and stakeholder accountability
  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in content freshness, findability, quality, and adherence to approved standards
  • Expand responsible use of AI-assisted classification, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation across the content lifecycle
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to Content Strategy and cross-functional marketing teams, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve decision quality
  • Establish repeatable reporting and measurement practices that help leaders prioritize content investments and operational improvements
  • Contribute to the evolution of content operations standards, best practices, and responsible AI adoption across Corporate Marketing
