Perform accurate cutting of aluminum profiles and rings for vacuum elevator components in accordance with engineering drawings and production specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure correct dimensions, tolerances, and cutting requirements before production.

Select, inspect, and prepare the correct materials for cutting, notching, and fabrication processes while minimizing waste.

Ensure precise cutting and notching operations that meet quality standards and specified tolerances.

Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and quality requirements.

Optimize material usage to reduce scrap, improve yield, and support cost-effective production.

Complete assigned production tasks within planned schedules while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Strictly adhere to all safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Support cost reduction initiatives through efficient material handling, process improvement, and waste minimization.

Perform routine machine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and promptly report equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Work effectively with supervisors, production teams, quality personnel, and other departments to achieve operational objectives.

Be willing to work in any shift and support other departments whenever required to meet business and operational needs.

• To fabricate, assemble, cut, fix/install Aluminum panels according to the detailed drawings and specifications required by the project.
• Check/control the quality and accuracy of the finished panels/products.
• Identifying/reassembling/replacing the faulty and defective parts.
• To operate the tools and machines (Plasma, CNC, Water jet).
• To Supervise the Assistant Fitters and Helpers in the factory.
• Follow applicable HSE rules and Regulations implemented in the organization.
• Communicate the work place hazards with direct supervisors..
• Aware about the emergence preparedness and emergency procedures.
• Always use required PPE for the job.

• Secondary School Certificate.
• Apprenticeship in similar industry.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Fitting trade.
