EB Operations Analyst - Income Pre-Payment

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve any Income data discrepancies between information received from service providers, the official securities documents, and our internal database
• Collaborate with Client Service team to provide support on income‑related queries in a client‑focused and professional way
• Proactively challenge and follow up with service providers on any issues related to the timeliness or accuracy of income information.
• Have a continuous‑improvement mindset and be comfortable to structurally challenge, speak up, and explore ways to improve our operational processes.

• Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in banking or securities operations is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, with exposure to advanced functions is an advantage
• Interest and curiosity in adopting new technologies and digital tools is preferred.
• HK public holiday support may be required.
