Automation and Control Specialist

Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automation and control systems across the mine and processing plant, while providing technical support to automation, instrumentation, and electrical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and control systems.

Develop and modify PLC logic and system configurations.

Maintain industrial networks, servers, and automation infrastructure.

Diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions.

Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.

Provide technical support to Instrumentation and Electrical teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
